If you remember in the episode 'Burning Low' Jake told Finn about the stages of love (He described them as Tiers). 
I found this funny because Jake told Finn to not do 'Tier 15'. But then later on we all found out that Lady was pregnant. 
Jeez, way to follow your own advice Jake! XD
